Your job involves working alongside many different departments. You will work with Marketing, Accounts, Sales and of course the CEO. You will be extremely adept at building relationships quickly with new and existing team members, and also external clients. You will be able to smoothly transition into this role and nurture these same relationships.

As a PA/EA, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Organising the team & directors
- Working closely with directors’ schedules and requirements
- Working closely with our office receptionist
- Deliver timely and accurate information/updates to executives & team members
- Manage office maintenance duties, ensuring all tasks have been carried out efficiently
- Prepare, arrange meetings, functions for the team and directors
- Take ownership of the role and aim to resolve any issues that may arise proficiently and proactively by tailoring solutions to suit our office environment and situation
- Carry out duties & responsibilities in the Personnel, Communications, Inspections and Reports departments
- Training new and existing team members with any new procedures and structures within the office
- Manage and maintain company security
